What factors affect when my project will be delivered?

A number of variables such as how many projects we have in the works, when we receive your deposit, change orders, and the size and scope of your project. Occasionally some other factors like supply chain, weather, illness, and holidays come into play.

When can you start on my project?

After our estimate is approved and the deposit is received. Receipt of deposit secures your place in the queue. Take look at the entire process below.

What is your process like?

  1. Initial site visit with our sales manager to discuss the project and take rough measurements. 
  2. Email a written estimate where the customer can request changes or approve and pay the deposit. 
  3. Follow up site visit with our designer to gather detailed measurements and project particulars. 
  4. Email drawings of the project and revise until approved.
  5. Start production at our McKinney shop.
  6. Deliver, install and trim out your cabinets and built-ins.
  7. Come back after paint/stain to make final adjustments and ensure satisfaction.
