What factors affect when my project will be delivered?
A number of variables such as how many projects we have in the works, when we receive your deposit, change orders, and the size and scope of your project. Occasionally some other factors like supply chain, weather, illness, and holidays come into play.
When can you start on my project?
After the estimate is approved and the deposit is received. Receipt of deposit is what secures your place in the queue and we work on projects in the order they are received. Take look at the entire process below.
What is your process like?
- An in-person estimate is conveniently requested on our Contact page.
- Initial site visit to determine scope of work and take rough measurements.
- Provide a digital estimate where customers can request changes or approve and pay the deposit.
- Second site visit with our designer to gather detailed measurements and project particulars.
- Create detailed drawings of the project, finalize costs and revise until approved.
- Start production at our McKinney shop.
- Deliver, install and trim out your cabinets and built-ins.
- Come back after paint/stain to make final adjustments and ensure satisfaction.
